PAYMENT OPTIONS

Upon confirmation of order, we will require the client full payment of the item/s. We offer three different modes of payment:
1. Direct Bank Deposit – We require the client to send us a copy of the deposit slip via e-mail. The customer is requested to keep the original copy of the deposit slip for reference. Our bank account details are as follows:

2. Credit Card (online via PayPal) – This option is automatically available for orders placed online through our website. Please note that a PayPal account is not required in order to pay with credit card. PayPal is simply the engine that we use to process credit card payments. Additional charges may apply for PayPal payments.

3. Cash – You may make a direct cash payment to our shops at:

SHIPPING DETAILS

• Local Shipping: Philippines
For custom-made orders placed for delivery in Metro Manila, please allow 7-10 working days order processing time and 1-2 days delivery time. This means, the client should receive the items 8-12 working days after placing his/her order online. For custom-made orders placed for delivery in all areas of the Philippines outside of Metro Manila, please allow for 7-10 working days order processing time and 2-4 days delivery time. This means the client should receive the items 9-14 working days after placing his/her order online. We have a fixed shipping and handling charge of PhP200.00 for custom-made orders placed in the Philippines.

• International Shipping
All custom-made orders are shipped from the Philippines. Please note that, in addition to shipping charges, the customer may be responsible for additional customs and import duties levied by his/her home country. We are not able to confirm whether import duties will be levied or the amount of any potential customs charges as these regulations vary country by country. We are constantly working to ensure we offer competitive rates for international shipping. The rates below represent our current shipping charges as of January 2013. However, we will re-evaluate these shipping charges in the second half of 2014 and hope to be able to offer more competitive rates in the future.

Note: Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS

Please keep in mind that each collection involves a limited edition run of production. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. However, please note that this is on a case-to-case basis and subject to review. If the reason for the return is due to our own shortcomings, we will do our best to remedy the problem. We will gladly repair the item or exchange it with store credit to be applied on your next order. Please take in mind that we can only accommodate such request upon three (3) days of receipt of the client’s order. Item should be in same the condition as they were received.



REPLACEMENTS DUE TO DAMAGE ON NON-MONOGRAMMED/NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Please notify us of any damage upon receipt — we will arrange for a prompt replacement or remedy, depending on the extent of reason of return. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. If, within five (5) days, the client is dissatisfied for any reason, he/she may return any non-monogrammed or non-personalized purchase for a replacement or store credit equivalent.

*We do not accept cash refunds. We offer only item replacement – equivalent to the amount paid by customer – or apply the equivalent amount as store credit.

*Returns for International Orders: Online returns are available for items that were shipped to other International countries. For return or replacement of item, the client must e-mail us indicating the reason for return and whether he/she would like a replacement or a merchandise credit. At the end of the process, the client will be able to print a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Depending on the reason for the return, the client may be responsible for return shipping.



FORCE MAJEURE

Events outside our control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that ELENA BAUTISTA is released from ELENA BAUTISTA's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
